Comfort fit wedding band or regular wedding band?

Is there really a difference? I'm going to go shopping for my fiance's wedding band on Saturday. The ring will be gold. I need to know which would be better. Thank you!

Go for the comfort fit.  My husband thought it fit better and I've heard other guys say the same.  Congratulations on your wedding!

i'm not sold on the whole 'comfort fit' thing. my ring and my hubby's ring are both regular wedding bands and they are fine, they feel comfortable.

I hadn't heard of comfort fit before, but looking at how they are designed, I'd go for one for a guy.   I'm not sure a ladies ring requires it unless it is a wide band.

I got my husband the comfort fit.  I'm not sure how much of a difference it makes, but of all the rings he tried, he liked the comfort fit ones better.  He said they didn't feel "sharp" going on, and the one he has, he says doesn't pinch when he squeezes his fist.

I don't know how often he takes it on and off, but I know with all the things I ask him to fit around the house, I definately don't want it to pinch. :-)

BTW, his is still flat on top (outside), which is what he wanted.  You can get one that has the rounded inside and rounded outside too.

Comfort fit.  My fiancee's promise ring is a comfort fit and he absolutely loves it.  He had tried on some regular ones but he didn't like the feel to them.

He loves the ring I chose, and he wears it proudly everyday.  You could also ask your hubby-to-be if he has a preference.

There really is a difference in the comfort level.  One thing you might do is try on a woman's band in Comfort fit and one that's not - you'll feel the difference.

There is some difference between a comfort fit wedding band & regular wedding band. The shape inside comfort fit wedding band provides conforms to your finger.  Whereas in the case of regular wedding band there is very less or no attention is given to the comfort aspect of the ring. However most of the people go for regular wedding rings, even I would suggest you the same as the comfort fit wedding rings tends to be more expensive. COMFORT FIT---all the way!  It does make such a difference.  It's a much smoother fit.  My husband tried both and fell in love with the way the comfort band felt.
