Comfortable Work Shoes?

Question

I have to start wearing steel-toe shoes/boots in October. Does anyone know of any very comfortable shoes/boots that won't make my feet hurt. I work on concrete for 8 hours/day. I already have the Dr. Scholl's insoles, and they don't help much.

jsut get some plain black   flats there comfortable and  stylish

Do you need to wear steel toe though?

Edit: My father has to wear steal toe for work and he wears harley davidson black tennishoes and he says they are extremely comfy plus they look really cool.

A couple of real good brands are Red Wing or Caterpillar, they are not cheap Red Wing will run you around $100 maybe a little less and Caterpiller about $60-$70 but they are worth it because they are super comfortable.  Red Wing has their own outlets and you can get Caterpillers at JC Penny.
