Comic Books? Marvel Knights vs. Vertigo?

Marvel Knights vs (DC) Vertigo..... which do you prefer and of course... WHY?

Marvel Knights doesn't hold a candle to Vertigo. MK isn't even a clearly defined line. It originally started as just a handful of titles that were outsourced to Joe Quesada's Event Comics line. They made Daredevil interesting again, and gave Punisher to Ennis, and that's the sum total of anything really noteworthy to come out of it. Titles are moved in and out of the line arbitrarily. Marvel's creator owned work is put out through their Icon imprint, and their mature readers titles are done through MAX, so Marvel Knights doesn't really serve any purpose.

I love Bendis' Daredevil, but that alone can't stand against the Vertigo juggernaut of creativity and quality from titles like 100 Bullets. Preacher, Sandman, Transmet, Y-The Last Man, etc. etc.
