Comic con 2009 single day tickets?

hi. I have been wanting to go to comic con since 2006 and never got the chance. Next year I am definatly going. I can't go all 4 days. So I want to go on a Saturday but I have been to the comic con official website and they are only selling 4 day passes. When will I be able to buy the single passes? How did they sell the tickets last years? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

**I can only vouch for the San Diego Comic-Con**  but you could either pay in advance for the next year's Con, or pay on line.  If you are going to the SDCC next year, here is the link:   http://www.comic-con.org/  

The 2009 information isn't up yet though.  At least for the SDCC, they sold out in this order: 4-day memberships, Saturday, Friday, Thursday, Sunday.

I imagine it is the same for all the Comic-Cons, but for the SDCC, the longer you wait to pay on line, the more expensive it was.
