Question:

Coming to Germany (Baden)?

Plz, suggest me some options or links - what would be the best ways how to get from major airports in Germany and near its borders (France, Switzerland, Austria, maybe) to Baden state/province? If more precise, to Karlsruhe and Bruchsal?

I know I can find myself all on the net but Germany's train system is too complicated :(

  1. hi!

karlsruhe has its own airport...its the baden-airport. you can get connecting flights from almost every other airport in germany. maybe you can even get a direct flight from where you come from.

from karlsruhe there is an s-bahn (streetcar; tram) to bruchsal, which takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

hope, i helped! if you have more questions, feel free to mail me!

  2. I live in Baden Wurttembourg.  There is a major hub there in Baden Baden. Check out these websites:

    www.ryanair.com

    www.hlx.com

    www.germanwings.com

    www.airberlin.com

All of these carriers fly into Baden Baden...if you are flying directly to Frankfurt Am Main you can take the ICE train to Karslruhe or Baden Baden.  At the train terminal you can also purchase a BadenWurrtembourg Express...which takes you directly there via S-Bahn and whats better you can travel all over the state with that tickets. Hope this helps! Be sure to check out those websites for all of the connectors. Baden Baden Air Park is a pretty good hub, Ive flown out of there several times, also...you can catch a bus directly into the city centre!! :)
