  1. If you have a conviction you are not eligible for the visa waiver program.  You will need to get a visa from the US embassy or one of the consulates.

If you try, and get caught, you'll be put in detention and then sent back to the UK on the next plane out.

The US Department of Homeland Security gets all the data on all the passengers from the UK security people hours before the plane even leaves the UK.  Believe me, they'll be waiting for you at Customs and Immigration.

  2. er, think its really tough going, like you get sent back on the next plane if you have a conviction... dont know how they check but they seem to...

  3. We don't want you

  4. You've no chance with a criminal conviction.

  5. depends on the crime. ...but Please, seeing as how your county has such an illegal imm. problem, do not add to mine. I despise illegal immigrants. The Freedom this country has to offer is for those who will work for it...not steal it.

work had at convincing your govornment you have repented of your criminal behavior and see if you cannot get your record exponged somehow.

  6. what crime?

  7. ok mate...im from immigration!!...dont even try...you will be pulled to one side as soon as you arrive here and put into a little room...then we will send you home again..and you will have to pay for the flight too!!
