  1. As far as I am aware the Thames Clipper to the o2 arena does not have a pier near Victoria.  Take the circle or district line to Embankment and pick it up from there.  Though you'll miss big ben etc.. Otherwise take the circle and district line to Westminster and then get the jubilee line to north Greenwich.

    For the excel centre see:

  2. From Victoria

Take the Circle Line towards Embankment

    or District Line towards Upminster

or District Line towards Dagenham East

or District Line towards Tower Hill

    Get off at

    Westminster Underground Station

Take the Jubilee Line towards Stratford

or Jubilee Line towards North Greenwich

Get off at North Greenwich for the o2...its right next to the station.

From North Greenwich take the Jubilee Line towards Stratford

Get off at Canning Town DLR

Get the DLR (Docklands light railway) towards Beckton

Get off at Royal victoria and walk to the ExCel Centre.

You can plan any journey in London on tfl.gov.uk

  3. If its the first time in london, i suggest you get the thames clipper  (boat). it leaves at many destinations on the thames every 30 mins.  i believe their is a pick up point not far from victoria, millbank pier 3/5 mins walk, come out of victoria, walk down vauxhall bridge rd till you get to the river, turn left walk along the river(millbank rd) and the pier is a few hundred yards..   it will take you down the thames, past all the sites like big ben, commons etc and drops you right on the door step of the o2 arena.  only a few quid as well. and not that long a journey.

its good fun and beats being squashed in the tube

  4. have a look at the tube map

    http://www.tfl.gov.uk/assets/downloads/s...

for the O2 arena you need to get to North Geenwich station  on the Jubilee line ... from Victoria coach station the nearest tube station is Victoria (a 10 minute walk along the road from the coach station) ... where you need to take either the Victoria line one stop north to Green Park or the Circle or District line two stops east to Westminster, then change onto the Jubilee line and settle down with a good book until you get to North Greenwichj

  5. TfL. The O2 and Excel are on different sides of the river.
