Command & Conquer 3 video and audio are out of sync in cutscenes!?

I don't understand, it seems that no matter what i try, i can't get the video of the mission briefings and debriefings to be in sync with the audio. The video can't keep up with the audio!

EA supposedly addressed this problem through patches, so guess what i downloaded the latest patch 1.09 (and noticed that 1.01 and 1.04 i think supposedly improved the video playback for lower end systems). But still it's out of sync. Does anyone know how to work around this?

My specs are Geforce 8600GT, P4 2.66Ghz, 1GB DDR2 ram.

Try and re-install the game. If it still doesn't work try to get help from EA support.
