Command Prompt Broken?

Question

Every time i open command prompt i'll get an error labeled 16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem

C:\WINDOWS\system32\command.com

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-Dos and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

restart the computer it will work..... trust me.

Do a search on your HD for Command.com. See if you find more than one.  

It's possible there is one from a previous version of windows and youre running the wrong one.

Sounds like some files have been changed a little, microsoft have a fix to this common problem, the link is in my source. I didn't fancy copying and pasting the code, i'm sure you can make sense of it mate :D
