Comment about Jr's victory?

First of all, congrats to Dale Jr after, what? 76 races?

After that first caution at the end, he basically lost. He would have made it to the end and won, but the caution came out. If it stayed green on the green-white-checkered, he would have also lost. But the late race caution by Waltrip and Carpentier saved his race, otherwise Kahne / Kenseth / or Vickers would have won. I dont really know what happened with Vickers and Martin but Vickers probably would have finished up there with Kenseth / Kahne.

I try not to blame other drivers , but that last caution made it almost impossible to win. So let's just blame the winner.

Some of you people assume that because of the wrecks and pits that he was some how given the race. Hello he was always in the top 5 and mainly in 2 & 3rd the whole way.

He raced the good race and while everyone else was able to pit and get fuel on the last laps he busted his butt to keep the car in the race.

Thankfully  neither of the Busch Brothers won they are such jerks

The race ended the way it did. Nobody cheated and I'm sure nobody wrecked so he could win. Thats just how it turned out Go JR.

yea if it wasn't for that last caution jr would have finished about 6th.  And I believe even though vickers had a good car kane would have had a good enough lead to win.

I am not really sure about that from what I saw Jr was doing a pretty good job staying in front until the yellow came out we will never know. Who cares he won and that is the important thing now lets see if the haters will feel the same when their driver wins under caution

Vickers said he past Martin before the yellow flag came out, Nascar for some reason saw if differently and made him get back behind Martin. Martin ran outta gas.

But the most important thing is that Junior finally won, h**l YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Was Jr lucky?

of course he was, you have to have luck to win any NA$CAR race, but you also have to have a fast car, and a good driver,

lottsa talent, in the driver,

engine builder,

pit crew, etc

just to be in position to BE lucky,

Stay out of/away from the wrecks,

balancing HP vs fuel mileage,

pit strategy,

luck in the pits (no mistakes)

You still have to be the guy in front, when the yellow comes out

So there's a lot more than luck involved
