Comment button myspace help?

on myspace i have a hide comment code, and I am trying to put up a comment me button so people can comment me still, but whenever people click it, it says "invalid friend id,friend has cancelled membership" but I didn't, my page is fine, and people view it fine, so they can't comment, but then today I put a diff comment button on and when people click it it takes them to the myspace home page! how can I fix this!? where can I get one that works!

I want to keep the hide comment code so people can't read my business with other people though, my friends comment buttons work, but not mine

so whats the deal?

ok first you have to copy your friend id

your friend id is the last 7 numbers on the address bar when you are looking at your profile for example:viewprofile\friendsfriendid=1234...

that is your friend id

2. now that you copied it go to edit porfile

3. look for the code for your comment box

4.then look at your code for the comment box and look where there are x's for example:

sjakshueirfriend id xxxxxxx(thats supposed to be your code for your comment box)

5. then you paste your friend id where there are x's

(make sure to look very close because there will be probabaly more than one set of x's

just hide your comments using this new code

then you dont have to also hide the default add comment button... then  you dont have to worry about messing up the friend ID

are you sure you copied the friend id right its at the end of your url the really long number.

Try the myspace comment boxes on http://www.myspacehive.com/myspace-comme... just make sure you put the myspace id where it says.
