Comments about EF Tours, especially to Spain?

I'm going to be taking an EF Tour to Spain. I was wondering, do they put you in good hotels? Do they book with major airlines? My trip isn't for a while and I haven't been notified about my airline carrier or the hotels i'll be staying in. If you've ever travelled on an EF Tour, please feel free to comment! =) Thank you!

I traveled on an EF Tour this past June to Italy and Spain. I was kind of nervous because of negative comments I've heard about the company, but it turned out to be great. In Spain, both of the hotels we stayed in ended up being great 4 star hotels. The only complaint I had about Spain on my tour was that we recieved too much free time and we didn't really tour much, but that could also be seen as a good thing to others. All in all it was a great trip.
