Comments on stock FBTX???

Question

Any comments about the stock FBTX, I have 2500 shares purchase at 0.95 and now the stock drop to 0.55 (6/27), I guess this was due to their lawsuit case recently, any idea whether I need to sell it or hold for another couple of weeks? I really want to get some professional opinions about this. thanks in advance
