I have over $200 dollars in rolled coins and then 3000 pennies in a bag. I am going to dump those into the penny thing which converts them into cash. Should I unwrap the other rolles in and pour them in to or should I do something else. I don't have a bank account there. Is there a limit to how much you can pour into the convertor penny arcade thing?

  1. Um. Like I said a few minutes ago when you asked this:

Assuming you mean Commerce Bank -- you don't need to unwrap the coins you've already wrapped. Just dump all your loose coins into the Penny Arcade machine, then bring your receipt and your rolled coins up to the teller and they'll give you bills for it.

You don't need an account there to cash in your coins, and as far as I know there's no limit (however, I've never actually tried to cash more than about $50-$60, so there might be ... I just don't know of one.)

  2. If I were you, I would AVOID the machine and roll ALL the coins myself.

  3. You should call the place you want to take this coin to and ask them.  They are the best ones to answer your questions.
