Commercial Real Estate broker? New Hire? Advice?

Fresh out of college. Got a fully commissioned job in commercial real estate sales. How long can i expect to make my first sale if im real hungry. Miami, Fl area. If i don't have a nice car, will that matter? Am i going to be meeting clients? I dont have to many suits yet either? Will i have time to pick up a weekend job for money in the time being? They expect i would make 50-75k first year. Is that realistic??

It is not realistic for the first 3-4 years.     I doubt you will even break even until 2010.    It takes a long time to build up a client list, no one is going to be handing one over to you.
