Commercial letter?

Mr Thai customer always wrote me letter like below. I know there are some grammatical errors below. But the way of using "kindly" is correct? What he wrote is a correct form of commercial letter?

Dear Daniel,

With regards to our previous shipment for ET-x*x, we have some defective items which we would like you kindly consider the problem and send us some replacement. The detail of defective problem are as following:

1. We set timer for turn on the product, when reach that time the product not turn on and display is not work. We couldn't press any button. This problem occur sometimes. It means sometime, it's work sometime it's not work.Total defective are 3 sets.

2. The same problem as above but additional problem is that the LED on display is not work. Total defective is 1 set.

Please kindly let us know your comment soon.

Dear Daniel, With regards to our defective issue below, we're preparing to send you back 4 sets. Then please kindly advise us your courier account no.
