  1. 1.  No.

    2.  5' 1".  That'll do.

    3.  It isn't be known for sure  which airlines will be around when you become a commercial pilot.

  2. 1.  No, not an engineering degree.  You will definitely need a 4-year college degree, but it can be an any of a wide range of subjects.  Business administration, accounting, and law enforcement are popular with the airline hiring executives right now.

What you need is talent, determination, and the hours and flight ratings.  Get started on your Private Certificate as soon as you can swing it, and keep flying and looking for flying opportunities.

    2.  If your flying skills and interview skills are good, being littie bittie is not a problem.  There are 5 foot 1 lady pilots out there.  Human beings reach their full height at about age 22, so you may well end up an inch or two taller.  And 1" heels are acceptable.

    3.  This is an industry in flux.  International flying is shifting now from being dominated by the USA to being dominated by Asian carriers.  They will need American pilots, so they will be hiring over here.  It's just really hard to predict how things will shake out.  You'll just have to keep an eye out.
