Commercial real estate?

Question

Im 20 years old and have a real estate license and am a few courses away from getting done with my course requierments for my brokers license. figure id get them done. Im wondering if i need extra courses for a commercial real estate license or where am i to go? Im a business student and hust want to get started on the right path. any help will do

I'm in Phoenix and we don't need a separate license for commercial.  I always do a little work in commercial for friends and long-time clients.  So yes, i do want you to do it, too.  I got my brokers license in 1986 but didn't open my own company until 2001.  I'm glad i did.  I'm having fun.
