  1. The person trying to commit suicide. It would be a very hard argument to blame someone else, although it's possible.

  2. only the person who killed themselves is responsible, unless someone else turns on the car or holds their head up after they have passed out.

  3. You can only call it a suicide if the blame falls on the victim and the victim took his/her own life. Otherwise it is not a suicide.

Bottom line, things are not free in life, nor are they free in death.

Who will pay for the funeral? responsible.

Who will clean up the mess? responsible.

Who will go on with life afterwards? responsible.

Who will miss them and hurt? responsible.

Who will have to drive car, and live in house where it occured? responsible.

Who will blame themselves for not seeing it, or not being there for you every second? responsible.

Who is the coward? the deceased. not responsible except for the death itself.

Who took the easy way out? not responsible.

Who is responsible? figure it out.

The limits of liability are everywhere. But who would get the blame for taking life. The life taker.

    get my drift.
