  1. for all ages:

washing dishes. folding laundry. cleaning their room. sweeping.

    for 8 yr old:

    dusting.setting the table.

    for 10 yr old:

washing cars. cleaning garage. yard work. taking out the garbage. walking the dog (or feeding other pets)

    14 yr old:

cooking dinner (not every night, but once in a while). washing & drying laundry. babysitting. gardening.

  2. wash the dishes, do the laundry, sweep and mop the floor, dust, clean their rooms, the list is endless

  3. My girls are 7 and 9 and here are their chores.

Clean their rooms and all their stuff out of other rooms. Clear their own dishes, put their clothes in the hamper, put away the folded laundry. And sometimes they switch laundry from the washer to dryer and fold towels and unload dishwasher (only once in a while), my oldest likes to vacuum. And feed and water the pets.

  4. cleaning their rooms, washing dishes, watering the yard, setting the table for meals, dusting, always making their own beds, these are common for all.

  5. Our kids are 12, 10 and 4.  All help clear the table after meals and put their dishes in the dishwasher.  They all have to clean up their rooms / put away clothes / make bed (age appropriately of course help is needed from parents for the 4yo).  The older boys take turns taking out trash and cleaning their own bathroom. 12yo sets table for dinner, 8 yo wipes down table after dinner.  As needed they help out with other things sometimes like watering the lawn, vacuuming stuff like that.  We have a chart on the fridge that shows who is responsible for what on a daily basis s everyone knows what is expected of them.

  6. Setting and clearing the table, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning their rooms, taking out the trash, folding laundry, help put groceries away, feed the pets, rake leaves, water plants, etc.
