  1. Your question is so vague and badly phrased that it is almost impossible to guess what you meant to ask.

Did you mean to ask the question, "What set of common ideas were found in the theories of Jean Piaget, Sigmund Freud, Lawrence Kohlberg, Lev Semenovich Vygotsky and Carol Gilligan?"

Jean Piaget - developed a theory of developmental psychology that helped explain why young children's thought or cognitive processes are inherently different from those of adults, or older children.

Sigmund Freud - developed a theory of how the human mind is organized and operates internally. He suggested at one point that sexual abuse during childhood was probably the cause of most neuroses.

Lawrence Kohlberg - extended Piaget's theories about early childhood development to categorize and describe the development of moral judgment.

Lev Semenovich Vygotsky was a developmental psychologist who continued the same line of work as Piaget and Kohlberg. His contribution related how the higher mental functions developed within particular cultural groups, as well as individually through social interactions with significant people in a child's life.

Carol Gilligan criticized Kohlberg's framework for stages of moral development of children which argued that girls on average reached a lower level of moral development than boys. She argued that the scoring method Kohlberg used forms of reasoning that were more common to boys, over ones which were more common to girls.

The most common idea shared by all is that the mind develops and changes as a consequence of an individuals childhood experience.

The idea that morality and ethics are related to our childhood is also common.

I think beyond that - you can do your own homework.

  2. I'll take your word for it.
