Commonwealth Mountain and Ultradistance Running Championships in Llandudno – Athletics news
The Commonwealth Mountain and Ultradistance Running Championships, a biennial three-day event was held in North Wales from September 23-25. The championships, which also observed a world record breaking performance by English athlete, Lizzy Hawker, comprised
of three events – the 24 Hour ultra run, the Up and Down Mountain race and the 53km Trial run.
