  1. Information from parents: has parent said 'jo' had an upset night and might be tired-then other staff will need to know this so behaviour and maybe a nap time can be sorted.

    Training Feedback: Staff who have been on training can up date rest of staff on news laws, new ideas, etc.

    Friendly/fun: To be a role model of friendship to the children and staff team building.

    Ideas/asking advice: Support each other in their role, ask advice on resources, how to deal with a situation etc.

    Professionals: Keep in contact through reports, emails, visits etc to ensure that advice and support is available for the setting, and to provide info to professioanls who may be working with child outside of the setting...
