My wife and I can't seem to agree on visitation with our child, our short sale home and debt payments. We tried working them out together. We just don't agree. we would meet, talk and then argue a few days later when she would change her mind. She got the lawyers involved, that doesn't seem to be working. Now the court mediation is taking forever and isn't getting us any place. How should I handle this till court orders have been issued? Been in the process since April.

  1. See your children when ever you can.  Try to stop fighting and tell her you wish to stop fighting.  Until the court date there is little you can do.

  2. talk to smith and wesson
