All of a sudden the machine does not communicate with the PC anymore.
Everything worked perfectly, I did not do any embroidery for a few
month and now it does not work anymore. My dealer from Switzerland sent
me a new cable, but the problem remained. The display of the machine
changes non stop between the ordinary stitches and PC - machine without
ever showing the
line between the two. Using the PC designer program I just get the message
"no connection with the machine". Strangely enough the machine on its
own works perfectly so does the PC. I tried out a lot of things to get
it two work, like reinstalling the PC-designer, trying out all the
ports, nothing helps. I live in Greece and here I cannot get any
support at all. I hope you can help me.
