Communications major?

Question

i was wondering i plan to go into communications for college and hope to go do more public relations, i was just wondering whats the top level job i should hope for and whats the average income?

Communications/marketing majors can be agency owners or Exec VP or even CMO's for corporations; and those are very high end positions earning major big bucks. Entry level communications/pr postions out of school are going to start around the $30k range.

I think if you dont have any previous experiences (all top level jobs want a bachelors, possibly a masters + a lot of experience)  then you have to go for some entry level PR job.  The income could vary by company and experience.
