Community Service Projects?

what are some good community service projects that a fifteen year old can organize and become leader of?

i need to organize a big community service project that i recruit others to help and i need to become leader. it needs to be something big like bigger than picking up trash or planting tress.

please help me

organize food for a soup kitchen or organize a cloth closet for a organization that collects clothing.

A club I once belonged to found a needy Wheelchair bound lady in need of help with her home . . . .we went in with cleaning supplies, paint, and elbow grease and did her 5 room house the once over. . . .took 2 days with 9 people working . . .the rewards were great ! ! !   Check with a church or senior center for ideas.   Good luck
