Community service questions (please answer)?

Question

I need 4 more hours in 1 week or I dont graduate. I dont want to do some feed the homeless junk either.

Does lawn mowing, dog walking, leaf raking, etc. for other ppl count as community service? and also I need more ideas for things to do. Thanks

Look into a local chapter of the Make a Wish foundation.  They have groups active in each state and county.  They may or may not have anything to do but at the very least they might need you to help stuff envelopes or make phone calls.  

Check your local library system too.  Many are underfunded and require volunteers in order to keep their doors open.

Volunteer at a local church.  They use volunteers to deliver food to shut-ins, to help take care of the houses of the elderly, etc.

Meals on wheels needs people too.

The list is endless if you put your mind to it. Just pick up the yellow pages, use your imagination and start calling.

i don't think so, but ask your counselor.

community service is helping your community. go to the hospital and sign up, say you want to volunteer.. go to like the vet, or firestation or something like that.

Not really it's supposeed to make you feel like you did something good for other people.
