Commute from Baltimore County, MD to the Inner Harbor?

I live in Baltimore County, around the Reisterstown/Glyndon area. I have to be to work at 9am. About what time should I head out to get to work on time? What time is the commute with traffic? ty!

you should set out at 8-815am. since the beltway and the surrounding will be clogged in the direction you will be going. you will be stop and go at some point in your commute so this extra time is for that.
