Commute from Grand Kakatiya to Microsoft campus (madhapur?)?

I was wondering how is the commute from Kakatiya hotel to Microsoft/Wipro campus. I think the campus is in Madhapur? Let me know what is the commute during peak and non-peak hours and what are the peak hours there..
