Commute time between Monmouth, OR and Portland, OR?

This Tuesday (2/19/08) I have a meeting to go to in Portland and it starts at 7 pm. I wanted to know what the real-time commute is like... I was thinking of leaving around 5 - 5:30. Would that be enough time to account for traffic congestion and any road construction? Thanks for your time.
