Commute to London Victoria?

Whats the best place to live if I want to commute daily to London Victoria?

- No more than 30min train commute to Victoria.

- Don't want to change trains

- Want to pay £750-£800 for a preferably 2 bed flat. (no flat share)

- Just need a quiet place to live. Don't need Pubs, Schools etc. - Can drive to the nearest supermarket/shops.

- Needs to be about 1/2 mile to walk to the nearest rail station.

East Croydon is an option and so are Norbury, Streatham, Thronton Heath etc. but I don't know how good these areas are to live. Just checking if any of you know a specific road or area which is good.

Thanks

  1. I suggest that you have a walk around those places because what is nice for one person is not acceptable to others.
