  1. from wicklow to dublin is possible I recommend you get the Dart service from either greystones of bray whichever is closer to you it will get you into the centre in under an hour. Depending on where in Wicklow you are the other option is to get the 65 bus to tallaght and then the luas into dublin will take a bit longer but is possible.

  2. Yes, it is quite possible to commute to and from Dublin if you live in Wicklow.

    Many people do.

How? commuting options: It depends on the part of Wicklow you live in.

You can get the train on a daily basis to Dublin. (The Rosslare train, to Connolly Station) This is the most convenient way IF you live along the coastal areas, or along the rail line, obviously

Bus Eireann, especially suitable if you want the cheaper option, and more routes are available via bus.

Car. The roads are now much improved than they were before.

Rent... think about the cost of commuting as opposed to the cost of rent and transport costs within the greater dublin area.

Without knowing your precise location within Wicklow, I'm sorry I can't be of more help.

If you're talking about Wicklow town, all three options are available to you. If you don't mind getting up early, then I suggest commuting.
