Commuting into London?

Question

I have seen on the paper (metro) that there is a website where you can register to see who commutes into London by car from your neighburhood, so tham you can share the expences, if you are to use the same car.

Can any one help me to find what's the website is called?

I am so iterested as I live in east london (hainult) and it is taking me over an hour to commute to canary wharf by train, wheras it takes only 20 mins by car.

If it was a feature in the Metro surely they gave the link?

If not go to the Metro website and ask them. I can't find anything from Google or Ask.com
