Comodo Firewall Instrusions?

I just downloaded comodo free firewall and it appears to be dong its job..A little annoying at first because it had to learn my computer habbits but I like it...Within 5 minutes of my computer being on, it says that it has blocked 20 instrusion attempts. Is this true? Did the firewall actually block 20 attempts to hack into my computer?...Is there another free firewall that is even more secure than comodo? And over the course of a day it gets up to 500. I just want to know if this is acurate or not.

yes it is true your computer is constantly probed while On the internet Comodo is one of the best fire wall and anti virus protection you can get for free

Comodo is c**p. Many of their datas are not right. Its not blocking as i wanted. More than that i cannot configure it as wanted. So i deleted it installed ZoneAlarm free version.

I have tried several. And any software professional will vouch for ZoneAlarm. Comodo is next best but it harldy comes any close to ZoneAlarm.
