Compact energy star washing machine?

Question

do energy star washing machines 23 inches wide (or smaller) exist?

front loading is preferred.

the closest i have found it as 2.4 cubic foot maytag neptune that is 23.5 inches wide.

I have done thousands of kitchen, and the standard sizes for dishwashers is 24" or 18" those are the only two sizes they come in. You might want to try and under the sink dishwasher but those are really really tiny. Hope that helps!

Before you buy a front loader or even one of the HE types like the Calypso that don't have an agitator, put " moldy smell in front load washers" in your search engine.Or click this link...

I bought a set and returned them and got a top loader with an agitator. I got lucky that Lowes took them back. I hated them so bad. I hate to see people make that mistake. I see questions on here pretty much every day about why their laundry is smelling like mold.

PS I had a stackable Maytag with an agitator before the defective set that I was telling you about. It was compact. It  served me well for over 10 years. It probably could have gone further but it needed the switch fixed and my hubby just wanted a new set to go in our big new laundry room. That's when we bought the expensive HE set.
