Companies/orgs that sponsor greencards

Question

Hello,

I have a sibling with several MBA degrees in US - he is currently on a student visa. Since the H1b cap is full for the year, I was wondering if he should search for any company in USA that is known to sponsor greencards.

Also universities or other orgs that would do this would be good. He is bilingual (spanish engl).

Please let me know if you have any pointers here.

I could not get any listings via google.

Such companies are not listed.  He cannot go straight to a green card, he must get a work visa first.  Given what is going on in the US, it is unlikely that he would be successful.

Well, you see, it only takes a few months to get an H1-B working visa (provided that the caps arent full, of course) but it takes a few years to get a greencard.  When my parents applied way back in the 90's, it took us over 3 years to get our greencards.  My dad had a PhD, and way back then our 3 year wait was considered short.  I think that wait times have increased since then.
