Companies that help finance "Green" Energy Projects?

Does anyone know of companies that give special financing rates to companies executing "green energy" projects.

I work for a company that builds hydroelectric powerplants and we need some capital for upcoming projects in Turkey.

    I know of people who already deployed several 10´s of MW capacity.
