Companies that sponsor foreigners in Vancouver BC?

I'm a woman in her mid twenties. Living in Canada has always been a dream. Can anyone share their experience, about jobs? Anyone who knows companies that'd be willing to sponsor foreigners for a few years?

Any info is greatly appreciated !!

Unfortunately that is very difficult information to provide.  Where are you from?  If you are from certain countries it may be very easy to obtain a 1 year work visa here which would allow you to eventually declare residency status.
