Companies that will make the clothes I design?

If I design clothes and create prototypes of the patterns, do you know of any companies that will sew the different sizes and quantities for me? Websites with suggestions? Etc?

Not really.  Only things I can think of are spreadshirt.com or cafepress.com but that's for ink and shirt designs mostly.
