Company Stamp on the cheques - ( name or full address)

Question

I have started a new company and to deposit the cheques in to our company account wit ATM , we were asked to endorse cheques, with our companystamp. My question is , shoudld the stamp have just the company name or both name and address?

1. yu shood get book av cheks with biz name or kumpanee name printed onit..

2. yu gotta sine the cheks, same as a persunal chek.

Mae hafta suppli bank name av em "authorized" tu sine cheks.

me never herd av a rule tu yuze a stamp.  Me never did wen me had a biz.
