Company billed my credit card and won't ship!!!?

I just ordered an Ipod touch online and gave my credit card information to the merchant. They later emailed me and said they don't ship internationally...when I ask them to credit my card, they said "All sales are final" and refuse to answer any further emails.

What steps can I take from here? This is theft!

  1. Call your card company and they can do a charge back.


  2. Contact your credit card company and contest the charge immediately, if they are located in the US contact the better business bureau/
