Does anyone know how this should look or what exactly it should say? I am a newbee at this and would really appreciate the help.

Good luck. If you have other people who have a say on the look and feel of the invitations.  Make a firm deadline and stick with it. Way before it needs to be finished, because people will try to change things the day before if they can.

how WHAT should look?  Is it a dinner for your company?  or are you inviting company for dinner?  ... what type of dinner is it?  what's the occasion?  what time of day is it?
