pls share ideas for company retreat in Singapore for around 15 pax.

It will depend on your budget, for 15 pax .  You could book a chalet or two for fifteen and get some mini snacks to with it such as mini curry puff, cream puff, mineral water and coffee or teafor your event this will cost you about $ 2.00 - 3.00 per head with out the chalets fees

It really depends on the objective of the retreat.

Is it just fun for everyone or you want to build team spirit, or you have some training in mind.

Sentosa is your best bet as they have something for everyone. Also try Ubin.

A nice place is at Changi Village.

YMCA, YWCA, and many other clubs (eg Royal Yacht club) also have boarding facilities.
