Company wrongfully charged my Credit card?

what should i do if the company wont refund the charge ? ??????????

call the credit card company and tell them you are not paying that charge and have them handle it!!!

Dispute the charges with the credit card company. The merchant will have to produce proof that goods or services were rendered.

Contact your credit card company . If it is Visa , they usually give you temporary credit  within 2-3 days.( you could do this process on line ). And they send you some forms to fill it out . If you have some proof that the company wrongfully charged you , send it with the forms.During the process you are able to use the temporary credit. But If the credit company deny your claim , they will take the temporary credit back.
