Compaq Presario B1900 Model HSTNN-A25C. Laptop wont charge. When I plug in the charger, the light on the front just flashes in no pacific order. Have replaced the charger and tried different batteries but with no luck. The laptop also wont power up with out the battery installed, which I though should.Any ideas?Thanx
