Compaq SR1603WM help please?

i have a this Compaq computer windows xp and every time i turn it on just about to go on to the log on screen a blue screen (not log on) comes on and its telling me that it has done this for security measures and i should restart the system, but when i do the same thing appears... it also tells me something about the bios and about the cache or something i don't know its in Spanish... please help

Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This  problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes .
