Compaq ipaq problem?

I just bought a Compaq Ipaq H3835.

Here are the problems:

1. Do I have to use activesync to sync stuff?

2. How do I connect to the internet on it?

2. get a wireless box. or a wireless card. make sure bluetooth is integrated
