Compare and Contrast Argentina with SARS?

If by SARS you mean Russia then I can help.

Russia and Argentina are both third world countries. In both countries there is a very little middle class. The people are either really rich, or really poor. Of course there are middle class people, but not as many as in the US, for example. Also in Argentina,just like in Russia, the government is very very corupt. If you get pulled over by a cop, you could bribe him/her into not getting a ticket, and situations like that.

I have lived in both Russia and Argentina, and the cultures are different yes, but because of the poor living conditions of the people, both countries are corupt and that is the thing these countries have in common

Now, the cultures are TOTALLY different. I don't even know where to start.
