Compare and contrast Switzerland with bone fractures?

  1. Are you sure it's a serious question?

    OK.  Switzerland is very mountainous with a jagged topography.  The mountains happened when tectonic plates collided and literally "pushed up" the land.  Similar to a compression fracture, but took place over millions of years rather than all at once like a bone fracture.  

    The Himalayas were formed the same way when the sub-continent we call India was pushed against the Asian mainland.

  2. Switzerland, while somewhat painful and taking some getting used to, is way more pleasant than a bone fracture. Switzerland is visible to the naked eye, while most bone fractures can only be seen by x-ray.

    On the other hand, both can be very expensive.
